Setting up your organization
Create your organization, your first space, and start a free trial.
When you register, you create the first admin account for a brand-new organization. Your organization is the top-level container for your team, your spaces, and all your work.
1. Register
Sign up with your name, email and a password. The account you create is an admin — the owner with full control.
2. Create your first space
A space is a site or location you operate from — a head office, a warehouse, a service area. You'll be guided to create your first one right after signup. You can add more spaces later, each with its own address, members and (for attendance) a geofence.
3. Your free trial starts automatically
New organizations start on a 14-day Professional trial — no card required. You get the full Professional feature set while you evaluate. See Plans & seats for what each plan includes.
4. Invite your team
Add the people who'll use HBCField — office staff on the web, technicians on mobile. See Inviting your team.
Tip: You don't have to finish everything at once. Create your organization, invite one technician, create one task, and try the full loop end-to-end first.
